Adults-Only Beachfront Hotel in Troncones, Mexico
Where the Pacific slows everything down.
At night, the loudest sound is the surf two hundred meters away.
This is not a resort, and it was never meant to be one. The pace here belongs to the tide, not to a program. Lo Sereno is the only address in Troncones recognized by Design Hotels, Tablet Hotels, and Michelin Key.
Small by intention
With only ten suites, Lo Sereno remains intentionally intimate. Adults only and independently paced, the property feels closer to a private coastal residence than a traditional resort.
Recognized by Michelin Key, Design Hotels, and Tablet Hotels, Lo Sereno belongs to a quieter kind of luxury hospitality — personal, understated, and deeply connected to its surroundings.
Ten suites. Not one like another

-
Suite A
Suite A
The most intimate of our suites — 38 m² that open to a private terrace and the sound of the Pacific. King bed, a deep soaking tub beside a rain shower, and direct access to the infinity pool.
-
Suite B
Suite B
Forty-three square metres with room to linger. A private terrace over the gardens, ocean views, king bed, soaking tub and rain shower, and steps to the infinity pool.
At night, the only light is the stars and the sea.
Terraza changes with the hour.
Terraza opens to the sea with nothing between the kitchen and the water. Mornings begin slowly, with tropical fruit, bread baked in the hotel, and coffee.
The kitchen is guided by quality above all else. By evening the candles take over from the sun, and dinner unfolds at the pace of conversation and ocean air.
Terraza Restaurant“The most important thing is to find peace within yourself, because you don't know what comes next.”

Forty-five minutes from Zihuatanejo, and a world from everything else.
Troncones is a fishing village of some two thousand people on the Pacific coast of Guerrero: one main street, a beach that runs for three miles, and a surf break that surfers have known for decades. There is no hotel strip here, and the season never crowds.
The airport at Zihuatanejo and Ixtapa lies forty-five minutes away by car, with direct flights from Mexico City, Los Angeles, Houston, and Dallas. Most of those who come to Lo Sereno (from Los Angeles, New York, Mexico City) return year after year, not for want of somewhere else, but because they stopped looking.
It remains one of the quietest and safest stretches of coast in Mexico, a place where the community is small enough that everyone knows everyone, and the Pacific does the rest.
